Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA or Masters in Accounting. The candidate must have GPA-5 or first class in SSC and HSC.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, manage and monitor accounting functions;
∎ Prepare financial statement, reports, MIS, annual budget and forecast cash flow within a targeted time;
∎ Monitor routine jobs like voucher entry, bill processing, cash handling, party payments etc.; through knowledge and application of cost control including standard costing, variance analysis;
∎ Check and verify sales invoice and supply bills;
∎ To verify bill, voucher supplier ledger, utility bill register, advance register cash book & other subsidiary ledgers;
∎ Check accuracy salary disbursement, bills, vouchers, party payment, etc.
∎ Develop, generate and manage timely accounting reports;
∎ Ensure reconciliation of bank accounts and other accounts;
∎ Monitor general ledger, bookkeeping, accounts receivables, accounts payables and other records;
∎ Understand financial laws, tax implications, and regulatory mechanisms around investments and advise management for necessary action to save cost & maximize gain.
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to the Company Act, Income Tax, Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, Tax Return, VAT, Company Closing, Company law, etc.
∎ Assist the accounting team in preparing balance sheet and budget reports;
∎ Generate various analyses and financial reports for the management;
∎ Monitor and manage the month-end accounting processes;
∎ Manage budgets for departments, projects and incentives;
∎ Monitor month-end reports, schedules, payments and receipts;
∎ Maintain, update and monitor inventory records;
∎ Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years’ working experience at relevant field
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
