Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recording all accounting and financial documents of the Company & establish/up-date financial policies, procedure/ systems/control to implement the plan.
∎ Examining and analyzing accounting records, financial statement or other financial reports.
∎ Processing bank deposits.
∎ Reconciling financial statements.
∎ Submitting tax forms/VAT chalan
∎ Preparing report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
∎ Updating internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
∎ Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
∎ Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
∎ Providing analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances.
∎ Preparing, monitoring & controlling budget. Analyzing the budget variance according to requirements.
∎ Controlling credit and chasing debt.
∎ Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
∎ Adjusting operational advance within stipulated time frame.
∎ Preparing weekly and monthly report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 40 years

∎ Skills Required: Advance MS Excel
