Education:

• Fresh graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply. BBA/MBA, BSc in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics are preferred.

• Age Limit: Age must not exceed 26 years (on 01 Jan 2026).

Requirements:

• Willingness to work in yard operations environment and warehouse operations.

• Candidate must be willing to be permanently posted in Chattogram and may be posted in other places upon completion of 12-month trainee program

• Strong analytical ability, MS Excel knowledge preferred.

• Should have good communication skills and be able to work in a team

• Must be free to join and attend regular full-time office from 1st February, 2026

Summit Alliance Port Limited (SAPL) and Ispahani Summit Alliance Terminals Limited (ISATL) are Bangladesh’s leading off-dock service providers to their valued clients with principal activities that include:

• Transportation and storage of empty containers and redelivery of the same to various locations

• Receiving and storage of Export cargo in bonded warehouse, documentation for export, stuffing of the cargo in the container and transportation of the same after due customs formalities to the Port Container Yard or Vessel Hook point; and

• Transporting Import container from Port Yard, unstuffing and delivering of the import cargo to importers after due customs formalities

We offer a 12-month Management Trainee Program (MTP) designed for high-potential graduates. The program combines comprehensive on-the-job training with structured theoretical learning. Throughout the year, trainees will undergo four learning evaluations and performance assessments to track progress and development. Upon successful completion of all phases and assessments, participants will be confirmed as permanent employees, paving the way for a rewarding career in the logistics industry. For 2025, we plan to recruit a new group of talented graduates to join our business and grow with us.

Place of Posting: Off-Dock Depot, Chattogram. (The posting location may change after the one-year trainee period)

Major Responsibilities:

• Assist operations team in day-to-day operations of Container Freight Station and yard.

• Monitor documentation process

• Coordinate with Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, Surveyors, Customs & Yard operations team.

• Support report preparation, data recording & MIS updating.

• Ensure compliance with operational SOP and safety guidelines

• Perform any other tasks assigned by line manager

• Compensation: Remuneration package during MT program is gross BDT 30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand Taka Only) per month. After completion of one year MT Program the salary will be as per company service rules and policy.
