Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in managing and maintaining sales automation tools (SPRO)
Support the sales team in tracking leads, opportunities, and performance metrics
Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT) to improve automation processes
Generate regular reports and dashboards for management review
Help in implementing new automation features and system upgrades
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within sales systems
Provide training and support to sales staff on automation tools
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency
