Educational Requirements:
∎ 4-year undergraduate degree from a reputed university
∎ All first division/class/equivalent CGPA in academic certification
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The job will involve a wide array of business, operational and risk management assignments including the following, that require the graduates to be willing to push themselves to their limits with the end goal of turning them into action-oriented and versatile business leaders capable of driving change.
∎ Research and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, demographics and other information in regard to the development and execution of business strategies
∎ Apply research findings and analysis in providing the overall strategic direction of different projects in the institution's pipeline
∎ Identify areas of improvement in product offerings and campaigns
∎ Continuously monitor and incorporate feedbacks into ongoing projects
∎ Manage various stakeholders and ensure proper communication
∎ Understand equity research
∎ Develop portfolio management skills
∎ Maintain and plan departmental resource and cost allocation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Agile and Detail-oriented
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Preference will be given to graduates from top business schools
∎ No experience required. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary of BDT 90,000 during the one-year probation period. On successful completion of the probation period, MTO will be absorbed as Staff Officer with a monthly gross salary of BDT 100,000.
