Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee - Mechanical to join our team in Bogura. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program that will provide you with the necessary skills and experience to take on leadership roles in the future.
Work closely with the senior management team to learn the operational and technical aspects of the factory.
Ensure the proper working of all mechanical systems of the plant.
Assist in mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting across various production processes.
Participate in performance analysis, optimization of production systems, and equipment efficiency.
Support the implementation of mechanical engineering projects.
Contribute to the improvement of machine productivity, cost reduction, and overall process improvements.
Take part in regular training sessions to build managerial and technical skills.
Assist with reporting, data collection, and other administrative tasks as required.
