• Work closely with the senior management team to learn the operational and technical aspects of the factory.

• Ensure the proper working of all mechanical systems of the plant.

• Assist in mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting across various production processes.

• Participate in performance analysis, optimization of production systems, and equipment efficiency.

• Support the implementation of mechanical engineering projects.

• Contribute to the improvement of machine productivity, cost reduction, and overall process improvements.

• Take part in regular training sessions to build managerial and technical skills.

• Assist with reporting, data collection, and other administrative tasks as required.
