B.Sc in Animal Husbandry/ DVM from any reputed Public/Private University

• Age At most 30 years
• Only Male

• Willingness for self-development and career progression in the poultry industry

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.

• Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Be hard-working, have a positive attitude towards working in a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Ensure the farm is properly prepared and set up for a new flock, and that all necessary resources and facilities are in place

• Monitor daily farm operations, including feeding, watering, vaccination, debeaking, sanitation, flock health monitoring etc

• Monitor and meticulously record the egg production rate per hen, ensuring optimal levels are consistently maintained

• Maintain biosecurity measures to protect the farm against potential disease outbreaks

• Ensure routine maintenance of farm equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations

• Respond promptly and effectively to equipment breakdowns, working to resolve issues and minimize downtime

• Ensure proper record-keeping of poultry flocks through an ERP system and prepare various reports as needed
