Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / M.Com (Accounting) from any reputed University.
∎ CMA or CA qualified

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Accounts, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct a relevant cost analysis to determine the existing expenses and give suggestions for future activities.
∎ Implementation of Budgetary Control System.
∎ Evaluation of Cost-Benefit for each operational process.
∎ Gathering and interpreting information to evaluate the efficiency of financial procedures.
∎ Factory Operational Report (Monthly & ADHOC basis)
∎ Ensure regular ERP entry and smooth operation.
∎ Setting KPI in each operational sector of factory.
∎ Developing and Managing Financial systems / policies.
∎ Make forecasts to assist business planning and decision making.
∎ Conduct risk assessment and advise on ways to minimize risk.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ At least 10 years where 2-3 years as a managerial position and direct reported to management.
∎ Knowledge of Cost Analysis & Control, Management Reporting, Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Variance analysis, Internal Controls.
∎ Experience working with an ERP system;
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Must have conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Advanced proficiency in Excel as well as experience working in a financial IT system.
