Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products/services and increase brand awareness.
∎ Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and utilize the findings to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales and promotional materials. Plan and implement digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
∎ Manage and update the company's website and online presence.
∎ Monitor and analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements.
∎ Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing activities and ensure brand consistency.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
∎ Assist in organizing and attending promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
∎ To Conduct Market Survey.
∎ To take order from the shopkeeper.
∎ To delivery the order in time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years

∎ Proven work experience as a Marketing Officer or similar role.
∎ Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

∎ Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
