• 3 to 4 years

Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Agricultural Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering.

• 3 to 4 years

• At-least 3-4 years of experience working in NGO/ UN /CGIAR/ research organizations

• Experienced working in multi-cultural organisations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent writing and speaking skills in both Bangla and English.

• Ability to keep updated with latest developments and open to learn anything new.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CAD/CAM software.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple priorities.

• The selected candidate should exhibit the following competencies: Creative thinking. Teamwork, Problem-solving and decision-making.
