∎ Checking and monitoring of staff activity.
∎ Maintaining office space, fittings, fixtures and equipment.
∎ Maintaining office equipment’s.
∎ Filing, shorting and keeping up to date of office documents.
∎ Vehicle maintenance.
∎ Drivers work management.
∎ Checking & monitoring log book maintenance.
∎ Maintenance of driver's attendance sheets.
∎ Maintaining and supporting staff attendance.
∎ Maintenance of MD’s residence.
∎ Create invoices and bills.
