Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ SUPPLY CHAIN/ PROCUREMENT
∎ Support and help the field and coordination teams to prepare procurement.
∎ Analyze purchase files i.e full documentations
∎ Supervise the identification and the referencing of suppliers.
∎ Assess & supervise the maintenance and update a database of suppliers.
∎ Explore opportunities and enter into Long Term Supply Agreements to reduce procurement process time.
∎ Ensure that all items procured meet appropriate quality standards.
∎ TRANSPORT OF GOODS AND MATERIALS
∎ Analyze the shipment and delivery of goods and materials up to their final destination.
∎ Support and manage the Field logistic officer in charge of the transport to improve his department
∎ STOCK MANAGEMENT
∎ Analyze the management and monitoring of the mission's stock, according to Tdh procedures and tools. Ensure that these procedures are known and implemented by the staffs.
∎ Ensure warehousing and stock management, including Donation-in-kind
∎ Analyze fluxes of merchandise, make sure that the goods received are conform and recorded.
∎ Ensure that all the movement of goods are documented.
∎ Supervise the stock reports and the physical inventory on a regular basis.
∎ EQUIPMENT AND ASSETS
∎ Validate the choice of the suppliers for the purchase of new equipment.
∎ Supervise the follow-up of all Tdh assets and equipment.
∎ Ensure all equipment are codified
∎ FLEET AND DISTRIBUTION
∎ Maintain appropriate central files for all aspects of vehicle fleet management.
∎ Verified
∎ Analyze the vehicles follow-up procedures and ensure that these procedures are correctly implemented and well documented.
∎ Ensure the identification of the distribution point
∎ At the level of the distribution and the warehouse management, you are the supervisor for HR needs assessment (daily workers and porters) and also of the vehicles loan (car and truck).
∎ Provide advises and support to the Program Managers for all distribution matters;
∎ MANAGEMENT
∎ Manage and supervise the logistic team in charge of the procurement, Stock management, fleet and IT.
∎ Ensure monthly training for the assistant.
∎ Maintain the premises in good state of order, cleanliness.
∎ DRAFTING OF REPORTS AND OTHER
∎ Supervise the field report (Differentiate all departments)
∎ Accept other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

∎ Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar position.

∎ Sent on monthly basis the Procurement and service follow up to the Logistics Coordinator
∎ Sent on monthly basis the asset report to the Logistics Coordinator.
∎ Excellent computer skills with MS Office (Excel in particular), MS Word and Outlook
∎ Strong organizational and management skills
∎ Time sensitive
∎ Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
∎ Ability to communicate
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality
∎ Ability to handle workload pressure and deadlines.

∎ Report serious cases of abuse on children that she/he would be aware of in Tdh's intervention locations. Strict confidentiality must be respected.

Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
