∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Is the Ambassador of the hotel and represents and lives the values of hospitality,
∎ • etiquette and sublime attention to guests and visitors
∎ • Monitors the status and the requirements of guests in the lobby and all public areas
∎ • Addresses and solves urgent requirements of the guests
∎ • Takes special care of disabled guests, families with children, aged guests
∎ • Assists guests with directions, hotel information, local events and organizes outings as desired
∎ • Maintains effective communication with all related departments to ensure a smooth
∎ • service delivery
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ • Excellent communicator, must be eloquent, feel comfortable dealing with guests

∎ • Perfect Bengali and English is a must, additional language is a plus

∎ • Must be able to deal with pressure
∎ • Must be willing to extend working hours during high occupancy
