Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing guests with assistance at the front desk during the check- in check- out process and throughout their stay.
∎ Informed to guest about Hotel facilities.
∎ Responding to the customer inquiries for information.
∎ Making reservations with hotel's yield management practices.
∎ Achieving 100% guest satisfaction by providing efficient front desk service.
∎ Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
∎ Identify the customers' need & follow up regularly.
∎ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill and fluency in English is mandatory.
∎ Should have excellent computer knowledge of MS word, excel, power point, e-mail etc.
∎ At least 1 to 3 years practical working experience in the same or similar position in an International Brand Hotel.
∎ Ability to develop inter-personal relationship within and outside the organization.
∎ Effective leadership skill.
∎ Self motivated, pro active and guest focused team player.
