Job Responsibilities:
∎ Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
∎ Be available for guests at all times as a point of contact
∎ Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure a smooth service delivery
∎ Extend personal service and attention to all guests
∎ Ensure that the rooming of all guests is according to the Hotel standards
∎ Escort of guests to the Respective Floor for check-in
∎ Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services and supply information and respond to guest queries
∎ Deal promptly, efficiently and pleasantly with any queries
∎ Establish, promote and maintain good public relations and enhances sales for the hotel at every opportunity
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill and fluency in English is mandatory.
∎ Should have excellent computer knowledge of MS word, excel, power point, e-mail etc.
∎ At least 1 year practical working experience in the same or similar position in an International Brand Hotel.
∎ Ability to develop inter-personal relationship within and outside the organization.
∎ Effective leadership skill.
∎ Self motivated, pro active and guest focused team player.
