Job Context:
∎ RDRS Bangladesh is inviting applications to fill the position of Loan Officer (Micro Enterprise) to create a panel to fulfill the present requirement of the organization and for future employment. Interested eligible candidates are requested to apply for the position.
∎ Loan Officer (ME) is responsible for the effective and viable operation of Micro-enterprise loan in RDRS Microfinance Program at field level. S/he is responsible to assist management to prepare a plan for Micro enterprise loan and monitor the related activities and provide reports to respective supervisor. S/he will also share the new ideas/feedback with management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and assist management to prepare Annual Plan regarding ME Loan and initiate to implement accordingly;
∎ Identify the entrepreneurs and plan to develop them;
∎ Arrange to train the program participants on financial literacy and skill development;
∎ Prepare the profile of the client and prepare the loan proposal and disburse loan accordingly;
∎ Frequent and regular follow up to ME client and ensure 100% recovery;
∎ Linkage them to related agencies and markets;
∎ Maintain and preserve all the related records;
∎ Monitor utilization of loan money properly as proposed;
∎ Ensure the Program is on right track;
∎ Assist management to review and develop the ME policy as needed;
∎ Be available to resolve any type of problem regarding the program;
∎ Collect and compile reports regarding the program as per requirement of management and donors;
∎ Maintain liaison with other program staffs;
∎ Cooperate to internal and external visitors as and when necessary;
∎ Represent RDRS ME loan program at local level forum;
∎ Carry out any other activities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ride Motorcycle with valid Motorcycle driving license

Salary:
∎ Tk. 21742 - 40233 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be negotiated depends on the competency of candidates
