Responsibilities & Context:
- Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in conducting engaging live sessions on social media platforms.
- As a Social Media Live Specialist, you will play a crucial role in showcasing our project , engaging with the audience, and promoting our brand effectively.
- Must have knowledge about Digital media LIVE. Must have knowledge about maintaining a Facebook Group.
- Must be needed to maintain Organizational Policy and Behavior.
- Collect Customer Review Handle complaints.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, message like Facebook Page messenger.
