Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Field visits for property hunting and gathering property Information with details;
∎ Input property data into company databases and CRM systems;
∎ Document property information with photographs, videos, and detailed notes;
∎ Keep updating the existing collected property data timely;
∎ Coordinate with Quality Control Team to align data collection efforts to ensure accuracy;
∎ Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive property data;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
