Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Manager to join our Legal, Compliance & Corporate Governance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company, including contract management, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and corporate legal affairs. This role demands strong expertise in legal documentation, corporate law, and government liaison, with a proactive attitude and exceptional communication skills.Job Responsibilities:1. Contract Drafting – Contract Reviewing2. Company Secretarial Work, General Legal Advice3. Prepare various kinds of legal agreements i.e. MOU, lease deed, sales deed, dealership deed, arbitration deed, etc.4. Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management5. Ensure all the licenses, agreements and permits of the company are valid up to date and renewing legal contracts before it lapses.6. Maintain effective liaison with government authorities as required, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and compliance with regulatory obligations.7. Advised and support for setting legal matters related to company TAX and VAT.8. Assist in the preparation of contracts and agreements as may be required which may also include liaison legal counsel.9. Managed relations with investors, board members, company offices, government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other organizations.10. Provide documentation and support for BIDA, RJSC work permits, Income Tax, and Personal Tax filings.11. Handle customer communications with well-prepared legal summaries.12. Experience working in a consultation firm will be considered a strong advantage.
