• Experience in civil litigation and legal drafting.

• Strong knowledge of land laws and property documentation.

• Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an experienced Lawyer / Legal Advisor to represent and safeguard the company’s interests in both Civil and Criminal matters.

Key Responsibilities (Civil Lawyer)

• Provide legal opinions and draft/vet deeds, contracts, MoUs, and other legal documents.

• Represent the company in civil cases at District & Sessions Court and other relevant tribunals/authorities.

• Handle litigation, ADR, and oversee end-to-end contract management.

• Review and verify all land-related documents, including deeds, bia-deeds, porcha, survey maps, khatians, dags, mutation papers, tax records, and demarcation documents.

• Identify potential legal risks and advise management on compliance and dispute resolution.

• Maintain effective communication with law chambers, government/semi-government bodies, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities ( Criminal Lawyer)

• Represent the company in criminal cases (fraud, forgery, trespassing, illegal possession, intimidation, etc.).

• Draft and review complaints, FIRs, petitions, and other criminal documents.

• Liaise with police, law enforcement, and government bodies for criminal matters.

• Provide legal advice on criminal risks and support management in investigations.

• Follow up on ongoing cases and keep management updated.
