Educational Requirements:
∎ LL.B (Hons)/ LL.M from any reputed University.

Job Context:
∎ Retired District Judge/Additional District Judge and Retired Chairman of the Labour Court.
∎ The candidate must have thorough knowledge on Labour & Industrial Law, Bangladesh Arbitration Act and ILO.
∎ Knowledge on other National and International Laws related to Labour.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as Chief Arbitrator in the Conciliation Cum Arbitration Committee
∎ Advice the Management on all legal matters and updating on all latest development in the Labour Law.
∎ Any other task relating to legal matters assigned by the Hon'ble President.
∎ Represent BGMEA in national and international legal events.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
