Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 years Honors and Masters in respective fields.
∎ At least 3 first class/division/equivalent grades from SSC to Master's Degree. No 3rd class/division/equivalent grade will be accepted.
∎ Or, Candidates should obtain a minimum CGPA-4.50 (out of 5) at SSC & HSC level and 3.50 (out of 4) at Graduation & Post Graduation level.
∎ Candidates with MPhil/ PhD and equivalents get preferences having relaxed on grades obtained.

∎ R. P. Shaha University (RPSU) invites applications for the appointment of Lecturer in the following departments:
∎ CSE
∎ Pharmacy
∎ Law & Human Rights
∎ Business Administration
∎ English
∎ Fashion & Design
∎ Statistics

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must conduct 25 hours of academic activities per week.
∎ To prepare the course outline, lesson plan and conduct theoretical and tutorial classes.
∎ Preparing and delivering lectures to students as per the academic calendar.
∎ To guide and supervise project work, assignment, internship, dissertation, or thesis as and when assigned.
∎ Assisting students with academic issues such as understanding course content or completing coursework beyond the class period.
∎ To prepare questions, invigilate tests & exams, marks & grade scripts.
∎ Conducting independent research in their field of study, often publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals
∎ Contributing to continuing education activities such as workshops, seminars, and conventions
∎ To guide and supervise students to perform co-curricular activities as club advisers.
∎ Continuous counseling to students for better performance.
∎ Any other work assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years. May be relaxed for highly potential candidates.
∎ Applicants with strong research profiles and extracurricular potentials will be given priority.
