Responsibilities & Context:
∎ মাসিক বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা পূরণের জন্য প্রতিদিন মার্কেট ভিজিট করতে হবে।
∎ মাসিক বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে।
∎ বইয়ের বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধির লক্ষ্যে সকল বিপনন কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়ন করতে হবে।
∎ নিজ দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত এলাকায় ব্যবসায়িক উন্নতি সাধনের লক্ষ্যে নিজস্ব মেধা ও বিক্রয় চৌকসতা ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
∎ প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বী প্রতিষ্ঠানের মার্কেট সংক্রান্ত তথ্য বিশ্লেষণ করে তা উর্দ্ধতন কর্মকর্তাদের নিকট রিপোর্ট আকারে প্রেরণ করা।
∎ শিক্ষক, শিক্ষা সম্পর্কিত প্রতিষ্ঠানসমূহ ও এর সাথে সম্পর্কিত এজেন্ট বা রিটেইলারদের সাথে একটি শক্তিশালী ব্যবসায়িক সম্পর্ক গড়ে তুলতে হবে।
∎ এজেন্ট এবং রিটেইলারদের বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধির লক্ষ্যে সর্বোচ্চ শ্রম বিনিয়োগ করতে হবে।
∎ সম্মানিত শিক্ষকদের জন্য প্রতিষ্ঠান কর্তৃক বরাদ্দকৃত সৌজন্য সংখ্যাসমূহ সঠিক ও যথাযথভাবে বিতরণ করতে হবে।
∎ ব্যবসায় সম্প্রসারণের লক্ষ্যে পাবলিকেশন্স এবং মার্কেটের সকল তথ্য সম্পর্কে সর্বদা অবগত থাকতে হবে।
