∎ B.Sc/Diploma in Engineering/Industry experience/Training experience (Civil, Cooking, Housekeeping, Front Office-Management, Motorcycle Mechanics, Food Packaging, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning, , Block Batik & Screen Printing, Beauty Care, Tiles & Marvel Fixing, Rod Binding)

Job Context:
∎ Eco-Social Development Organization (ESDO) started its journey in 1988 with a noble vision to stand in solidarity with the poor and marginalized. Being a peoples` centered organization, ESDO envisioned for a society which will be free from inequality and injustice, a society where no child will cry from hunger and no life will be ruined by poverty. Near about three decades of relentless efforts to make this happen, ESDO has embraced new grounds and opened up new horizons to help the disadvantaged and vulnerable people to bring meaningful and lasting changes in their lives. During this long span, ESDO has adapted with the changing situation and provided the most time-bound services especially for the poor and disadvantaged. A community focused and people centered approach has been adapted by ESDO while consideration was given to the national policy and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as its guiding principle. ESDO is one of the most dynamic organizations expanding its development interventions across 273 upazilas under 49 districts of Bangladesh covering over 10 million poor and vulnerable people.
∎ ESDO implement PROVATI-3 project in Rangpur, Jamalpur, Kurigram, Lalmonirhat, Gaibandha & Nilphamari District which is funded by Local Government Engineering Department (LGED). The goal of the project is to develop skilled workforce through skills training and therefore placing them in productive self and wage employment which will in turn improve their sustainable livelihood. For smooth implement the project ESDO-PROVATI-3 Project is seeking the qualified staffs as follows:
∎ Required Trade:
∎ Cooking, Housekeeping, Front Office-Management, Motorcycle Mechanics, Food Packaging, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning, , Block Batik & Screen Printing, Beauty Care, Tiles & Marvel Fixing, Rod Binding.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enrol/ select eligible trainees.
∎ Impart training (practical and theory) as per course curriculum.
∎ Ability to develop teaching and training materials/ job sheet/ lesson plan/ module for the trainees.
∎ Must have sound knowledge and can operate modern construction equipment's.
∎ Manage all types of Training materials and Equipment's.
∎ Responsible for training administration
∎ Responsible for counselings trainees about job placement
∎ Trainer may assume various roles such as training facilitator, competency assessor, training designer, training developer and training supervisor;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ NTVQF Level-01 competent with minimum 2 years practical hands-on experience in relevant field.
∎ BTED certified assessor/ BTEB certified trainer & assessor will given preference.
∎ Trainers having teaching experience in related occupations will be given preference.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
