Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Software Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
∎ Database design. Design and implementation of data storage solutions.
∎ Designing and developing APIs.
∎ Designing front end if required.
∎ Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.
∎ Implementation of security and data protection.
∎ Leading as well as contributing to the team. Team management: distribution and monitoring of tasks, achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
∎ Code review through GitHub.
∎ Holding interviews to hire engineers for expansion of the team.
∎ Promoting empowerment of the team and ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution.
∎ Keeping up-to-date with competitive industry trends and developments.
∎ Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
∎ Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
∎ Organizing regular review of products of both internal and external.
∎ Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Observation and recommendations capability with risk assessment, Problem solving and multi tasking skill, Requirement Analysis, Software Project Management, Team Leading, Time Management skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Solid and strong PHP knowledge, SQL, NOSQL and Server Management.
∎ Experience of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
∎ Experience of SCRUM methodology.
∎ Develop advanced reports and dashboards.
∎ Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
∎ Really good understanding of OOP, Namespace, Traits & Design Patterns.
∎ Experience with deployment tools and services like AWS, GCP and Docker.
∎ Competitive Programming Experience will get preference.

Salary: Tk. 80000 - 150000 (Monthly)
