Job Responsibilities:
∎ We're looking for Python/Django developers to join our core development team. Responsibilities: include developing core components of our ongoing project as well as create project from scratch using Python django framework.
∎ Writing reusable, testable, well-documented and efficient code for maintainable software.
∎ Provide technical guidance and assistance to other Jr. Software engineers.
∎ Optimize performance of web applications and create and utilize best standards.
∎ Design and documentation REST APIs.
∎ Work under Agile/Scrum model with an agreed timeline for sprint delivery.
∎ Contribute to planning, estimating and retrospective across development sprints.
∎ Contribute to Software Architecture and design.
∎ Share expertise and knowledge within Team.
∎ Ensure quality with the review, user acceptance tests and automated tests.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Required qualifications for this role is to be prepared to lead and contribute to a project that is working on a very scalable platform, that is a few orders of magnitude you can imagine in Bangladesh (even at teams working for overseas clients) and you need to be a backend ninja:
∎ 7+ years working with Python
∎ At least 4+ year working with Django
∎ Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
∎ Experience working with PostgreSQL, ElastiCache, ElasticSearch, or equivalent data stores
∎ Experience with Git
∎ Experience working with AWS, incl. Lambda, EKS and Cognito and leveraging their solutions for building highly scalable and resilient applications
∎ A proven record and passion for writing well tested code
