∎ JOB PURPOSE: The main purpose of the role is to contribute significantly in developing strategies for key livelihoods interventions; and to ensure timely and relevant high-level inputs across the programme with specific focus on enterprise development and market linkages. This position will support to enhance technical capacity of relevant programme staff, set standards of service delivery to facilitate effective decision making and smooth implementation of Livelihood Programme Development and Innovation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead/ conduct regular high-level analysis on poverty dynamics linked to enterprises and markets considering programme's target groups and stakeholders.
∎ Provide high level of technical assistance to design and integrate the livelihood components and bring innovations in the new and existing programme of BRAC to be relevant.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of the programme design, capture learnings as well as ensure sharing of cross-learning, innovative and best livelihood practices for respective programme; and across programme.
∎ Identify the scope of financial inclusion in the area of livelihood programme design and provide substantive leadership to integrate within the respective programme design.
∎ Supports to develop strategies to link target participants with service markets chain to avail knowledge, quality inputs, technical services and know-how for sustainable livelihood development.
∎ Check regularly with the respective programmes to ensure adoption of the technical inputs to track the progress and provide necessary guidance.
∎ Ensure capacity building of programme staff in technical sector to adapt and implement programme activities to support operations; and suggest necessary capacity development initiatives to be undertaken by the relevant livelihood programmes of BRAC.
∎ Explore, create and manage partnership opportunities within and outside BRAC regarding optimum use of resources, technical innovation, financial inclusion, market linkage and research.
∎ Provide high-level of strategic support the planning of advocacy initiative based on the programmes' existing strategy and requirements.

∎ Formulate strategy at organisational and unit level
∎ Partnership management with Govt. Agencies, regulators, local and global development organisations to drive SDG indicators relating to poverty alleviation and building resilience.
∎ System, process and policy reengineering for maximizing business outcome
∎ National, organisational and programme level project planning and implementation
∎ Manage diverse teams with different capacity
∎ Professional mentoring and coaching for employee capacity development

Salary: Negotiable
