∎ We are looking for a Lead Generator to support our sales and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will identify, research, and qualify potential leads for TutorsPlan’s services, including one-to-one tutoring, scholarships, and AI-powered assessments.
∎ Responsibilities
∎ ✔ Research & Identify Potential Leads – Generate leads from schools, parents, sponsors, and tutoring centers.
∎ ✔ Outbound Calls & Emails – Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.
∎ ✔ Lead Qualification – Evaluate leads based on interest, engagement, and fit for TutorsPlan services.
∎ ✔ CRM Management – Maintain and update the lead database, tracking all interactions and progress.
∎ ✔ Market Research – Identify new opportunities and trends in the EdTech industry.
∎ ✔ Collaboration with Sales & Marketing – Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into customers.
∎ ✔ Follow-Up & Nurturing – Keep potential clients engaged through personalized communication and follow-ups.
∎ Requirements
∎ ✅ Experience in Lead Generation or Sales – 1+ year of experience in lead generation, telesales, or digital marketing.
∎ ✅ Strong Communication Skills – Fluent in Bengali & English with excellent persuasion skills.
∎ ✅ Tech-Savvy & Comfortable with AI Tools – Experience using CRM systems, lead databases, and outreach automation tools.
∎ ✅ Social Media & Email Marketing – Ability to generate leads via LinkedIn, Facebook, and email campaigns.
∎ ✅ Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated – Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
∎ ✅ Adaptability & Problem-Solving – Ability to think on your feet and handle objections effectively.
∎ Nice-to-Have Skills
∎ ➕ Experience in EdTech, education sales, or student outreach.
∎ ➕ Familiarity with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
∎ ➕ Background in digital marketing, cold emailing, or LinkedIn outreach.
