∎ Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: agro based farm

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): animal husbandry, Farm Management, Layer Farm
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, Designing and Implementation of the entire poultry production operation.
∎ Technical Assistance to the farm technicians for out coming the maximum farm production.
∎ Implementation on latest technique for improving the poultry production of the farm efficiently and instructing to follow the strict bio-security system for preventing the any disease outbreak at the farm so that the poultry could keep free from disease and maximum health condition of poultry might be remain.
∎ Counting the daily farm production, analyzing the production data and provide the improve techniques to continuing the peak production as long as possible.
∎ Advising the vaccination schedule with proper monitoring of the application to avoid any disease outbreak of the poultry and regular health screening of the poultry and checking the self immunity level to protect the infection.
∎ Advising the appropriate poultry husbandry to keep it any disease free and also to gain the maximum farm production
∎ Ensuring the Breeder Operation remains disease free, performs optimally and operates cost effectively by regular reviewing of farms and performance data that drive the operation (e.g. Mortality Rate, Body Weight,
∎ Feed Consumption, Hen Day%, Hatchability%, DOCs quality etc.).
∎ Regular checking of different sampling (like blood sample, swab sample etc.) of the farm to monitor the proper health condition of the poultry.
∎ Regular health screening of the poultry and checking the self immunity level to protect the infection.
∎ Advising the proper nutrition for better growth and production of the farm.
∎ Suggest the proper treatment of the poultry to quick recovery from the disease/ stress.
∎ Ensuring the high quality Poultry Production with congenital disease free.
∎ Contributing to better management decision making by preparing and presenting timely production related reports as required by the Higher Management - Poultry Farming operation.
