∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Vetting, drafting, and reviewing legal agreements and contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.
∎ Identifying and mitigating potential risks in legal documents.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.
∎ Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the business.
∎ Establishing and maintaining relationships with key government agencies, such as:-Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP).-Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE).-Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA).Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).-Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC).-Department of Patents, Designs, and Trademarks (DPDT).-Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms (RJSC).
∎ Ensuring proper documentation and communication with these regulatory bodies as required.
∎ Coordinating with law firms and attending court hearings as necessary.
∎ Managing case files and legal correspondence.
∎ Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling appointments for senior management.
∎ Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.
∎ Organizing administrative documentation, filing systems, and ensuring confidentiality.
∎ Coordinating and managing official visits to various departments.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
∎ Ability to handle sensitive legal documents and information with discretion
∎ Legal Documentation & Agreement Management:
