Responsibilities & Context:
- Laptop ও Desktop এর Basic servicing কাজ শিখে সহায়তা করা
- Hardware checking, cleaning, assembling–এ সহযোগিতা করা
- Software installation / OS setup / basic troubleshooting–এ সহায়তা
- সিনিয়র টেকনিশিয়ানদের তত্ত্বাবধানে L1–L3 পর্যন্ত কাজ শেখার সুযোগ
- সার্ভিস সেন্টারের দৈনিক workflow অনুসরণ করা
- Extra কাজ পেলে অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট অনুযায়ী কাজ করা
