Experience with AutoCAD, GIS or related software is a plus.
Good communication and report-writing skills.

Right now we are looking for Land Surveyor under the Land Procurement department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate digital survey equipment, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
Prepare layout designs, fly level measurements, plot surveys, topographic and built surveys, and compare Mauza maps using digital survey tools.
Perform pre and post-construction level checks, area calculations, and produce detailed survey reports.
Maintain precise and comprehensive survey records, including field notes, legal descriptions, and maps, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate effectively with government agencies, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and legal adherence.
Assist in land registration processes, handling documents like deeds, Parcha, Mouza maps, mutations, and agreements.
Prepare and present survey findings in formats suitable for project teams and management.
Utilize AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and other office applications to produce accurate reports, designs, and data visualizations.
Be willing to take on additional assignments as directed by the department head or honorable management authority.
