Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Aminship /Survey Technology
∎ Rtd. govt Surveyor/Long experience in Land Survey is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land Acquisition, Land Purchase, Land Survey, Maping, Surveying, Surveyor
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing duties related to land surveying for identifying land ownership and property boundaries.
∎ Conducting records management activities and perform historical and legal land ownership research.
∎ Developing and inspecting land surveying project contracts.
∎ Supporting field measurement and layout.
∎ Conducting standard calculations to identify areas, elevation and volumes of field survey notes.
∎ Conducting basic calculations using field note data.
∎ Read, utilize and interpret design drawings and topographic maps.
∎ Study, learn and interpret CAD computer applications.
∎ Providing consistent and superior quality documents for survey, design and building projects for all clients in region.
∎ Performing as cadastral issue matter expert as team member.
∎ Performing as Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) for Architect-Engineer.
∎ Involve in implementing mapping contracts and Indefinite Quality (IQ) surveying.
∎ Providing vertical and horizontal control maps and government cost estimate for mapping and survey projects.
∎ Grounding any other duties assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in LAND SURVEY and other related activities.
∎ Need to travel to the Project sites, District as per requirement.
∎ Minimum 8 years’ experience in relevant field is required.
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Must be self-driven and possess good work ethics.
∎ Must be a good team member.
∎ Skilled in MS Office Suite.
∎ Problem solving skills.
∎ Good at report writing.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good typing skills of both Bangla and English.
