• Sound knowledge of land registration, mutation, and government office procedures.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with integrity.

• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Land Purchase & Sales Officer to manage and coordinate land buying, selling, and related documentation activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a sound understanding of land laws and registration processes, and the ability to maintain effective liaison with landowners, government offices, and legal authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential land for purchase and verify ownership documents.

• Negotiate land purchase and sale agreements with landowners and related parties.

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and verifying land documents, deeds, and registration papers.

• Maintain liaison with local authorities, sub-registry offices, and government departments for mutation, khatian, and registration purposes.

• Coordinate legal vetting of land documents and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Monitor the progress of land registration and transfer activities.

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of land transactions and property data.

• Support management in due diligence, site visits, and other land-related operations.
