• Laboratory Management: Oversee day-to-day lab operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and internal protocols.

• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain the accuracy and reliability of test results.

• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning at peak efficiency.

• Test Development: Develop and validate new diagnostic tests, staying current with advancements in the field.

• Data Management: Accurately record, analyze, and interpret lab data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of results.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are strictly followed, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance lab efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including clinicians and administrative staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
