Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for to direct and oversee the entire Lab Operation to get maximum productivity mentioned in the departmental objectives and/or Business KPI.
Conduct different laboratory tests (Postmortem, Microbial Culture, Antibiotic Sensitivity test, Serological & Parasitological tests) of different farms, hatchery, feed mills & poultry processing plant on a regular basis.
Diagnose diseases based on history, clinical sign, postmortem findings & different laboratory tests & prescribe medicine to keep the bird healthy, immune and productive.
Prepare vaccination schedule & monitor the development of antibody on a regular basis to make the bird immune against different commonly occurring important diseases of poultry.
Test the faecal samples to determine the load of parasites and administer anthelmintic on the basis of the test result.
Monitor the hygiene of different farms & hatchery as well as chick quality on a regular basis.
Monitor the hygiene status of different feed mills before & after chemical flushing; determine microbial load of different feed & ingredient samples on a regular basis.
Monitor the hygiene status of poultry processing plant and determine microbial load of different products on a regular basis.§ Provide services to commercial customers by diagnosing disease and prescribing medicine, thus generating cash income on a regular basis.
To accomplish any tasks assigned by the management for the interest of the company
