∎ At least 4 years of experience as Knowledge Management Coordinator or in a similar position, preferably in the Water, Food, and Climate domain, with a keen understanding of the related challenges and opportunities.
∎ A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical staff supervision.
∎ Experience coordinating and leading knowledge-sharing events, workshops, and training sessions.
∎ Familiarity with relevant frameworks and methodologies related to knowledge management, such as data management, knowledge-sharing platforms, and taxonomy development.
∎ Experience of working in fragile context.
∎ Fluent in English both written and spoken.
∎ Highly diplomatic with strong oral and written communication skills.
∎ Demonstrate high-level technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong organizational skills and the ability to quickly understand complex information and convert it into structured knowledge resources.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
∎ Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms for knowledge management and collaboration.
∎ Analytical mindset and the ability to conduct data-driven assessments of knowledge management activities.

∎ Regularly review and update the knowledge management strategy to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.

∎ We are seeking a highly qualified Knowledge Management Coordinator to join the Helvetas Bangladesh under the ACCESS project, bringing expertise in supporting knowledge management initiatives. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in knowledge management tools and data-driven assessments. This role involves developing and implementing knowledge management strategies, curating content, facilitating knowledge-sharing events, and conducting capacity-building training to enhance organizational learning and collaboration. A proactive and innovative professional, the candidate will drive efficient knowledge-sharing practices, promote continuous learning, and ensure the accessibility and impact of knowledge resources.
