Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Experience person in catering will get preference.
∎ Assists the chef in the all food service operations and day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
∎ Staffing: Hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating kitchen staff.
∎ Food preparation: Overseeing food preparation, cooking, and boxing.
∎ Quality control: Ensuring food quality and freshness, and performing quality control on food leaving the kitchen.
∎ Inventory: Ordering inventory and supplies, and maintaining inventory levels.
∎ Safety and health: Ensuring the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations.
∎ Budgeting: Developing budgets and cost reports, and understanding financial management.
∎ Communication: Communicating effectively with staff, suppliers, and other restaurant personnel.
∎ This is a full-time on-site role as a Kitchen Manager at Rtemis Limited in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
