∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication
Job Context:
∎ 6 months of probation period.
∎ In the case of Experience, the educational qualification/ degree can be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge about Software & Technology based Sales & Marketing, Business Development & Digital Marketing
∎ Creative mind to generate creative Ideas
∎ Very good communication and presentation skills
∎ Manage assign lead and random phone call.
∎ Organizing sales & marketing visits.
∎ Visiting clients as plan systematically
∎ Managing prospects clients and communicates them smartly
∎ Following up existing clients
∎ Converting prospective clients into confirmed sales
∎ Plan and implement marketing strategy for Software, IT & online business industry
∎ Reporting regular activities to the concern
∎ Ensure timely collection of all documents, information and payment from Clients
∎ Must be maintain the monthly sales & collection target
∎ Any other job assigned by the organization
∎ Collect & draft client's requirements and discuss with line manager.
∎ Demonstrating and presenting products & Services to the clients (physical/ virtual).
∎ Establishing new business through onboarding projects.
∎ Maintaining accurate records.
∎ Attending trade exhibitions, events, conferences and meetings.
∎ Reviewing sales performance.
∎ Negotiating contracts and packages.
∎ Aiming to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Develop weekly and monthly sales reports.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Supervise, maintain and monitor the assign client's leads, matters and projects.
∎ Will be responsible to act as a supervisor and monitor the other team members.
∎ Establish material delivery planning/procedures to ensure availability of required materials in time.
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by the office.
Additional Requirements:

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
