Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
∎ Nurture existing relationships with merchants to ensure sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
∎ Partner with product and technology teams to suggest improvements in digital tools, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms for clients.
∎ Conduct regular business reviews with key clients, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations.
∎ Handle and resolve customer-related issues efficiently to enhance satisfaction and retention.
∎ Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of parcel deliveries and resolve service-related challenges.
∎ Collaborate cross-functionally with the operations team, working as a team player.
∎ Monitor account health metrics and develop strategic action plans to improve service levels and client retention.
∎ Execute tasks with a focus on achieving business growth targets and prioritizing effectively to meet expectations.
