Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients (Restaurant) that bring in the most income for the company.
∎ Requires new ideas and initiatives to design processes, whether it be prospecting, onboarding, account management, training, etc. in such a way that they fuel growth.
∎ • Actively identify product features and enhancements that will improve our customers' and restaurant partners' experience on Jachai.com.
∎ Ensure restaurants and maintaining the highest level of food quality, service and reliability to the customers on the platform.
∎ Onboarding restaurants to get started on the Jachai.com's Platform.
∎ Addressing and resolving key clients'(Restaurant) complaints.
∎ Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
∎ Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client (Restaurant).
∎ Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients'(Restaurant) needs are met.
∎ Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
∎ Developing a thorough understanding of key clients'(Restaurant) needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
∎ Negotiating contracts with key clients (Restaurant) and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ You are a graduate and have a relevant experience of more than 2 years.
∎ Proven experience in key account management at least 2 years (Foodpanda, Hungrynaki, Pathao food, Shohoj food is preferred)
∎ You love to chase KPI and make the most out of each challenge.
∎ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as website and merchant account management.
∎ Smart and ability to hard work.
∎ The ability to build rapport with key clients (Restaurant).
∎ The ability to handle multiple client (Restaurant) accounts.
∎ Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
∎ Exceptional customer service skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable
