Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and long-term customer satisfaction.
∎ Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing the best quality TV viewing experience.
∎ Understand clients' needs, goals, and challenges; anticipate and proactively offer DTH solutions.
∎ Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with existing and potential clients.
∎ Achieve sales targets and contribute to organizational revenue growth.
∎ Present comprehensive solutions and proposals to stakeholders/clients·
∎ Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
∎ Address and resolve client concerns promptly.
∎ Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products, services, and processes.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to meet client needs.
∎ Identify business opportunities by aligning DTH products with Building Solutions.
∎ Track key account performance and report results to supervisors weekly, monthly, and yearly.
∎ Prepare a pipeline of potential clients for Building Solutions to ensure continuous growth.
∎ Develop action plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
