Job Context:
∎ Position: “Junior Visa Officer (Sales)”
∎ Office Location: 90/1Motijheel City Centre, Level 25-B-1, Lift 26, Dhaka 1000, Bangladesh.
∎ Job Timing: 6 days in a week, Roster basis.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Prepare and submit visa applications for various countries.
∎ 2. Maintain good relationships with visa agencies, embassies, passport offices, and immigration authorities.
∎ 3. Handle airline ticketing, reservations, and fare computation.
∎ 4. Provide excellent customer service and assist with cancellations and modifications of reservations.
∎ 5. Support the processing of visit visas and package tours.
∎ 6. Address customer complaints and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
∎ 7. Promote additional services or packages to increase sales.
∎ 8. Stay updated on airline and travel notices and inform relevant teams accordingly.
∎ 9. Have knowledge of airline terms and conditions and ADM/ACM policies.
∎ 10. Arrange group tickets and potentially act as a tour guide.
∎ 11. Be self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
∎ 12. Follow office timing and rules as per company policy.
∎ 13. Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by management.
∎ 14. Assist applicants with documentation before applying for visas.
∎ 15. Counsel applicants on visa application process.
∎ 16. Prepare visa files before applying for visas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1. A bachelor's degree in travel and tourism or a related field is preferred.
∎ 2. 1 years of experience in a similar role (Not Mandatory)
∎ 3. Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
∎ 4. Proficiency in computer applications and reservations systems.
∎ 5. Knowledge of various visa regulations and requirements.
∎ 6. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
∎ 7. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
∎ 8. Fluency in English and at least one other language is preferred.
∎ 9. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ 10. Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
Salary: Negotiable
