1. Able to work on a shifting basis
2. Must be able to work under pressure
3. Candidates have to be aware of the company`s services/products details
4. Standard Bengali & English-speaking ability with clear vocal
5. Problem solver, curious to learn, and result-oriented
6. Strong analytical approach to problem-solving
7. Candidate must have the mindset to attend any corporate event which may end up after regular duty hour
8. Co-ordination & better communication skills
9. Candidate must have the necessary arrangement and mentality to serve from home and office.

We are looking for Junior Operations Officer who can lead to a permanent job. Successful resources would primarily be working with the Operations Team, helping to effectively develop and enact company policies and increase the efficiency of operations for our organization.

1. Receive inbound/outbound calls, and email correspondence with customers & suppliers
2. Obviously, the shift will be aforesaid and assigned solely by the supervisor

• Medical Insurance (after 6 months of probation period), Mobile bill

• Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly), after the probation period
