• The candidate must be graduated in any discipline (Students of any ongoing courses are requested not to apply)
• Previous experience in customer support, call center role is a must
• Previous experience in the travel agency and aviation is appreciated
• Non-Muslim and aboriginal people will get preference
• Able to work on a shifting basis
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Candidates have to be aware of the company's services/products details
• Standard Bengali & English-speaking ability with clear vocal
• Problem solver, curious to learn, and result oriented
• Strong analytical approach to problem-solving
• Candidate must have the mindset to attend any corporate event which may end up after regular duty hour
• Co-ordination & better communication skills

We are looking for Junior Operations Officer who can lead to a permanent job. Successful resources would primarily be working with the Operations Team, helping to effectively develop and enact company policies and increase the efficiency of operations for our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound/outbound call, email correspondence with customers & suppliers

• Candidates must have the necessary arrangements and mentality to serve from home and office.

• Obviously, the shift will be aforesaid and assigned solely by the supervisor.

• Medical Insurance (after 6 months of probation period), Mobile bill

• Salary Review: Yearly

• Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly), after 1 calendar year
