Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Life Science, Master of Business Management (MBM), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Basic degree in Health or Life Science related discipline OR a degree in any other (Arts/ Commerce/Business Administration/ Human resource management/ Public administration) OR a Certificate/diploma in a health-related or Science discipline
∎ A minimum of 5 years plus of overall working experience in Research project coordination in Pharmaceutical or academic research & Minimum of 2+ years experience in international clinical research projects is essential
∎ A master's in Clinical Trial will be preferred

Job Context:
∎ Support the Senior Trial manager (STM) for the successful execution of the Clinical studies as assigned.
∎ Reports to: Senior Trial Manager (University of Edinburgh)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage clinical project timelines, milestones, schedules and updates during all project stages
∎ Support STM in new site identification and feasibility process for the initiation and expansion of the assigned clinical study when required
∎ Report project status updates and progress for a designated region or country;
∎ Support in organizing operational meetings when required
∎ Record all meeting minutes and track all site-related outstanding activities,
∎ Support STM to ensure consistency of all study processes across sites
∎ Regular updates to STM about the study-related issues and concerns for the resolution and mitigate any future risks
∎ Assist STM in preparing and delivering project-specific training as needed
∎ Manage project teams in the region, including team building, quality compliance, training and monitoring of daily activities
∎ Support STM for the management of Central lab services, data management, and vendor management when required
∎ Contribute to the development and update of project planning documents, essential documents, and project instructions
∎ Oversee maintenance of study-specific and organizational tracking systems
∎ Perform any tasks as when assigned by the STM or principal investigators and TSB management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years

∎ Excellent communication skills (English & Bangla)
∎ High level of work ethics
∎ Conflict management, adaptability and stress tolerance
∎ Fluent in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
∎ Good coordinating and organizational skills.
∎ Fluency in both languages, English and Bangla
∎ Excellent writing skills in English are desired
∎ Good leadership skills
∎ Excellent documentation skills
∎ Desirable
∎ Knowledge of Clinical data management and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) would be an added advantage.
∎ Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ A helpful and flexible attitude and ability to relate to colleagues of all levels.
∎ Willing to travel to the research sites or any other places when required
