• Honors in any subject / Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)/ Master of Business Administration (MBA) from any reputed public / private university. Any degree in marketing will get preference.

• Only Female

• No experience is required, but the candidate should have knowledge in the following areas: Real Estate, Asset Development, etc. However, candidate with previous experience may get priority.

• Expertise in digital marketing, including social media marketing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Context

The post of Sales Executive (Female) is primarily concerned with managing and dealing with the customers / prospective customers about our products and service. She / He will be responsible to provide / cascade detailed information regarding features and facilities of our products in a friendly and professional way in order to ensure sales.

Responsibility

• Active participation with the marketing team.

• Conduct and arrange project visit of prospective clients.

• Ensure sales as per sales target.

• Make phone calls to targeted customers, assess, and qualify for sales development.

• Follow up the given lead of the customers through phone calls, e-mail & bring results.

• Answering customer queries through various social media platforms.

• Sourcing new clients from market and social networking sites.

• Collecting market information and visit corporate customers.
