Call Center Agent, Client Service, Customer Support/ Client Service, online travel agency, Operations, Reservation/ Ticketing, team work, Tours and Travel Agency, Travels and tourism, Work as a travel agency or relevant work
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline, Travel Agent
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to work on a shifting basis
∎ Receive inbound/outbound call, email correspondence with customers & suppliers
∎ Candidates have to aware of the company's services/products details
∎ Standard Bengali & English-speaking ability with clear vocal
∎ Problem solver, curious to learn and result oriented
∎ Strong analytical approach to problem-solving
∎ Must be able to work under pressure
∎ Candidate must have the mind-set to attend any corporate event which may end up after regular duty hour
∎ Co-ordination & better communication skill
∎ Candidate must have the necessary arrangement and mentality to serve from home as well as office. Obviously, the shift will be aforesaid and assigned by solely supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
