Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Major in Accounting & Finance from reputed Govt./private universities.
∎ Related professional degrees will get preference
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Confirm financial term of the LC (UPAS/EDF/other) to commercial & follow-up for timely LC opening.
∎ Tracking and ensure fund availability to settle LC payment on maturity.
∎ Monitor & follow-up EDF, UPAS, Factoring / bills discounting financing.
∎ Exchange rate negotiation with banks at the time of import pmnt. Settlement to aviud conversion loss.
∎ Visit Bangladesh Bank for various approval.
∎ Fund transfer as per payment plan through EFT/RTGS/Cheque mode as and when required.
∎ Positive pay instruction to bank & follow up for timely transaction completion.
∎ Monitor all bank line/sanction and ensure timely repayment of all loan on maturity to avoid overdue issues.
∎ Monitor facility renewal, amendment and enhancement with reducing interest rate to ensure benefit of the co.
∎ Working with new banks/NBFI for exploring new facility, unique products and solutions
∎ Closely work with Intl. factoring financing institute / Intl. lenders for factoring and cheap financing.
∎ Timely treasury related transactions input into LC Mgt. system.
∎ Monitor & follow-up for timely completion of treasury new projects/cost saving initiatives
∎ Follow-up timely submission bill of entries to banks for BB submission to avoid facility cancellation
∎ Letter to bank for every transactions with authorized signatories sign.
∎ Opening bank account, signatory changes and provide required doc's, as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the Accounts & Finance/Treasury field.
