Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Major in Accounting & Finance from reputed Govt./private universities,
∎ Related professional degrees will get preference
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up with commercial to submit required doc's to credit export proceeds.
∎ Follow up with bank to realize export proceeds after submission of relevant doc's (TT & Bank doc's).
∎ Monitor with commercial for timely payment claim/online invoice submission into buyer portal.
∎ Follow up with commercial/Marketing for timely realization of receivable collections.
∎ Strongly follow-up and identify the variance of month sales vs. sales collections.
∎ Calculation & allocation of export proceeds to deposit into FC/BDT/ERQ A/c for benefit of the Co.
∎ Any kinds of foreign payments from ERQ account for bonafide business purpose.
∎ Latter to bank for every transition with authorized signatories sign.
∎ Bangladesh bank visit and follow-up approval process.
∎ Ensure regular collection of PRC form all the banks for BB, customs, CI claim and audit purpose.
∎ Follow-up time to time sales proceed collection info through LC mgt. module for EXP closing.
∎ Follow-up the export LC and take measures to close in coordination with export ream.
∎ Opening new FV account, signatory changes and provide relevant doc's when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Accounts & Finance/Treasury field
Salary: Negotiable
